Scott Resnick has practiced for over 15 years and is licensed in both California and Arizona. He holds a JD from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business, earned concurrently at Arizona State University. Before founding the firm, he led regulatory filing operations for mutual funds and ETFs at a major fund administrator, and worked in compliance at a global fixed income manager and a private wealth firm.
