Scott’s background spans in-house legal leadership, complex commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and litigation. He has served in senior legal roles advising executives, boards of directors, and cross-functional teams on high-stakes business decisions, governance matters, and ongoing legal risk management. His work emphasizes proactive legal strategy—helping businesses address issues early, structure decisions thoughtfully, and avoid unnecessary disruption.
In addition to his transactional and advisory work, Scott has meaningful litigation experience, including representing clients in complex real-estate and co-ownership disputes.
